“咕噜肉”是一道传统粤菜,这道菜以甜酸汁及猪肉烹调,香气四溢,令人禁不住“咕噜咕噜”地吞口水,也是欧美人士最熟悉的中国菜之一。

"Sweet and Sour Pork" is a traditional Cantonese dish. This dish is cooked with sweet and sour juice and pork. It is full of aroma. People can't help Swallow saliva. It is also one of the most familiar Chinese dishes in Europe and America.

传统咕噜肉是用无皮五花肉烹制而成,吃起来外脆内松,肥而不腻。咕噜肉是一道很清淡的菜,吃起来酸酸甜甜的,主要的原料是猪肉和青红椒,没有加那些重口味的辣椒、花椒等调料。

Traditional Sweet and Sour Pork is cooked with skinless streaky meat. It tastes crisp outside and loose inside, fat but not greasy. Sweet and Sour Pork is a very light dish. It tastes sour and sweet.
