蒜香鸡翅Garlic flavored chicken wings

烹饪方法:将生抽、盐、生姜末、黑胡椒粉、香叶、料酒倒入容器内调制成腌肉料,把鸡翅反面切几个小口,放入腌肉料内,腌制一小时。取油锅,下入腌好的鸡翅以及蒜末,倒入适量的白糖,煎到上色。然后倒入生抽,炒均匀后倒入蒜末炒香。加适量的水,焖煮。鸡翅熟后,入盐收汁即可。
