说起猪大骨,很多人都比较熟悉,这种肉类食材可以用来炖汤或者酱烧着吃,都是非常美味的。东北有一道特色名菜,叫做酱大骨,这道菜的主要特色是:色泽红亮,肉质软烂,酱香味浓郁,让人看了忍不住流口水。
