蚂蚁上树Sauteed Vermicelli with Spicy Minced Pork

蚂蚁上树又名肉末贴粉条。这道菜名当中的蚂蚁为牛肉沫，粉条为树，风味独特。通俗点的说法就是牛肉沫贴粉条，因为是牛肉沫爆炒后加入粉条，再加入淀粉上去当黏合剂，所以肉沫就贴在粉条上了。
